Fair and clear
Cancellation choices if plans change
Guest cancellations more than seven days before the tour receive a 90% refund. Cancellations within seven days are non-refundable.
If Coconuts Hike Japan cancels, guests may reschedule free for a future date within one year, subject to availability, or receive a 90% refund. The remaining 10% is retained for the credit-card processing fee.
