Booking currency: USD. Tour prices in each booking form are displayed and charged in USD. Tea or coffee served by Aki is included on full-day Hachiri and all forest-bathing tours. Tea, amazake and other drinks purchased at teahouses or shops are not included. Local transport, meals, admissions and other purchases are paid separately where specified for your tour.

Clear cancellation terms

New direct bookings: cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour start (Japan time) for a full refund. One free date change is available by that deadline, subject to availability. Less than 24 hours before the start, there is no refund or free date change. No-shows receive no refund or rescheduling.

Light rain normally goes ahead. If Coconuts Hike Japan cancels for unsafe conditions, you choose a full refund or a new date. A new date is subject to availability; your refund choice is not. Third-party bookings follow the platform policy.
