Guest cancellations
Refunds and date changes
Cancel at least seven days before the tour for a full refund. Cancellations within seven days are non-refundable, but a free date change is available if requested more than 48 hours before the tour, subject to availability. No-shows receive no refund or rescheduling.
Weather and safety
We decide when conditions are unsafe
Light rain normally goes ahead. If Coconuts Hike Japan cancels for safety, choose a full refund or a new date, subject to availability. Third-party booking policies apply to reservations made elsewhere.
