– No Refund: Cancellations within 7 days of the hike are non-refundable.
– No-Show Policy: If you do not show up on the day of the hike, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
By Agent:
– Full refund (minus 10% administration fee) if the tour is canceled due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

What is excluded?

– Transportation between sites (around 1000 yen)

– Lunch (around 2500 yen)

Lunch could be at a Japanese tea house within the temple or in the onsen facility.

What to bring?

Good walking shoes, water, small towel, transportation card (e.g. Suica) with deposit at least 2000 yen

Warm clothes for walking in the forest are necessary in autumn and winter.  This forest is located 400m above sea level and it is much cooler than in the city.
